Oil - acrylic painting The artist Michael Novokshchenny invites you to learn oil-acrylic painting. It would be preferable if you have appropriate experience and expertise. Nowadays Michael Novokshchenny gives lessons two times a week, but he dreams of conducting courses five days a week (October through May). Michael Novokshchenny has his own Programme for a group of two to five persons. His lessons take place in the appropriate professional studio in the center of Moscow, near the Park Kultury metro station. Lessons are in English. Lesson duration from 10 a.m. to 12-30 p.m. The courses fee is RUB 1000 per lesson. After classes you can have some tea and discuss different questions of painting and brushworks with the artist. The programme includes classic 3-stages Holland method, different styles, trends and tendencies such as realism, impressionism, pointeism, cubism etc. Michael Novokshchenny is an adherent of modernized 3-stages method. The initial stage is colours on the basis of agueous. Then the drawing is copied out on the canvas and is painted with transparent brown oil. Light and shades are painted in monochrome, after that work is continued by oil depending on setting tasks. Michael Novokshchenny shows all work by stages and gives advices while you create. Michael Novokshchenny organizes groups twice a year during the parties of the International Women's Club in the American Embassy.
